Real Estate

Our real estate funds pursue real estate investment opportunities in Asia, and the Middle East. One Capital’s real estate investments professionals have made more than 50 investments in Dubai, Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Chongqing, Hangzhou, and other cities around APAC and the Middle East, including office buildings, hotels, retail and residential properties, industrial properties and senior living facilities. Our real estate funds have approximately $1.2 billion in assets under management (as of December 31, 2018).

Energy and Renewable Resources

Our energy and natural resources activities focus on buyouts, growth capital investments and strategic joint ventures in the midstream, upstream, power and oilfield services, and renewable energy sectors. Our energy and natural resources funds have $1.5 billion in assets under management (as of December 31, 2018).

Private Equity

Our Private Equity is a multi-fund, industry and geographic platform with $600 million in assets under management. Our buyout and growth capital funds are advised by teams of professionals who live and work in the markets where they invest.

Global Credit

Our global credit platform invests across a spectrum of strategies, including structured credit and CLOs, private debt and direct lending, and mezzanine and distressed investing.

Global Credit is a global, multi-product, markets-focused investment platform with more than $2 billion of assets under management. More than 15 investment professionals manage our active funds that seek to provide investors an edge in pursuing opportunities to create value across various types of credit, public equities and alternative instruments.
